These terms apply to Pangify at pangify.itsjaggu.com, operated by Jeyakumaran. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What the service does
Pangify lets people organize group expenses, upload receipts, calculate balances, and record repayments. It is currently provided free of charge. It does not transfer money, process payments, collect debts, or provide banking, lending, tax, or financial advice. A repayment entry records what a user reports; it does not confirm that a payment occurred. Suggested transfers are calculations based on the records entered and are not a guarantee of the fewest possible transfers.
Accounts and login methods
Provide accurate account information and use an email address and Google account you control. Keep your password and login sessions secure. You may connect Google to a password account using the same email, or add a first password to a Google account. Do not impersonate another person, claim their participant history, or use their account without permission. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Email verification is optional for ordinary account use. Google must return a verified email for Google login. Google authentication also depends on Google's availability and policies.
Groups, invitations, and shared records
Only add or invite people you have a legitimate reason to include in your trip. Your name and email can be searched by signed-in users for group creation, and selected registered users gain membership immediately. Group members can access shared expenses and receipts and currently have the same editing permissions regardless of admin/member role.
Keep invitation links private. Do not forward them to unrelated people or use an invitation to claim someone else's existing participant entry. Email invitations are intended for the addressed account. You and the other members are responsible for agreeing on expenses, reviewing calculations, confirming actual payments, and resolving disputes directly. The app operator does not determine who legally owes a debt.
Your content and acceptable use
You retain any rights you have in the content you upload. You allow us to host, store, back up, and display it to authorized users as needed to operate Pangify. Upload only content you are entitled to share, with appropriate permission from anyone whose information appears in it.
Do not upload unlawful or abusive content; misuse another person's personal information; send spam invitations; attempt to bypass authentication or membership checks; probe or disrupt the service without authorization; or use the app for fraud. Avoid including full payment-card numbers, identity documents, passwords, or other unnecessary sensitive information in receipts or expense descriptions.
Privacy and requests
The Privacy Policy explains account data, Google sign-in, group visibility, service providers, cookies, and retention. Email ma.jeyakumaran@gmail.com for support, privacy requests, or account deletion. We may ask for proof of account ownership. Shared group records and backups may need to be handled separately from the live account, as explained in the policy.
Availability and responsibility
Pangify is a developing service. Features may change, errors may occur, and access may be interrupted for maintenance or other reasons. Keep your own copies of important receipts and expense records. Review balances and recorded repayments before relying on them.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted access or error-free calculations. The operator is not responsible for disputes between group members or losses arising from incorrect records entered by users. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Suspension and changes
We may restrict access or remove content when reasonably needed to address abuse, security incidents, violations of these terms, or legal obligations. Where practical, we will explain the reason and give you a way to contact us. You can stop using the service at any time and request account deletion.
We may update these terms as the service changes. The updated date will appear on this page, and material changes will receive additional notice when appropriate or legally required. These terms do not replace Google's or other providers' terms for their own services.
